A balance of wins and fails
The breakfast was delightful, and I loved the charming courtyard that felt like a mini escape! Additionally, the friendly staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort.
The room's lack of sufficient light was a bit disappointing, and I found the decor somewhat dated, which detracted from the overall vibe.

staying at ciudad vieja was nice. we received a warm welcome, and the staff was super helpful in arranging our airport transfer. the double room was spacious, clean, and had a powerful shower with plenty of hot water. it's located in a surprisingly quiet neighborhood, and having two restaurants across the street was a fantastic bonus.

the staff thinks it's charming to make you suffer through thin walls while listening to neighbors sleep, wonderful! Also, the wifi is absolutely terrible, but I'm sure they thought that adding more remotes for one TV would be 'fun. ' I almost gave a good review, but I couldn't overlook the lack of any complimentary gesture for my troubles.

Charming stay with friendly vibes
Spent 3 nights in a cozy single room surrounded by lush greenery. The staff were super friendly, helping with my meals and getting me a special breakfast for my early tour. Loved the packed lunch option too! The room could use better ventilation since it felt a bit stuffy at night.

Comfortable stay in a charming colonial-style hotel with very friendly staff. It's conveniently located near upscale shops and restaurants, creating a peaceful atmosphere. However, the room lacked sufficient light, and it would have been great if there was easy access to evening refreshments in the courtyard.

We had a great time staying here with friends! The staff was super helpful and even organized a special breakfast for one of us. Also, the hotel's courtyard gave off a lovely vibe, and it was convenient that they offered airport transportation. We explored the markets and visited a stunning museum nearby. Highly recommend it!
The room we stayed in could have used a bit more lighting, which was a bit of a downside, but it didn't ruin our overall experience.
